About Tidal Wars
Tidal Wars is an enhancement mod for C&C Generals Zero Hour. We aim to bring you one of the best enhancements for C&C Generals Zero Hour, adding the brand new water warfare for the Generals Universe.
Fight in land, air, and seas to become the ultimate Battlefield Commander. Manage your forces with wisdom and eliminate for once all threats.
Featuring warships, submarines, and more, Tidal Wars promises to write a new page into C&C Generals Zero Hour history.


Tidal Wars is the first C&C Generals ZH modification that will bring you the genuine water warfare that not existed in C&C Generals. Featuring high-quality models and units, Tidal Wars will focus on naval battles with best selections of warships, submarines, amphibious units, and more, including awesome exclusive naval maps.
What makes Tidal Wars different with other naval mods is, this mod using the newest method of build method to build naval structures. Since your Dozers and Workers cannot perform off-shore construction operational, you are provided with the new "Shipyard Cores" which are amphibious and carrying construction material for your Shipyards. With this, Shipyards and naval units can't be built on the lands anymore (which often to happen in other naval mods). You can build your Shipyard wherever you want as long as it's on the water.
Beside the ships, we are also planning to add new ground and aerial units, structures, and enhanced tier system for better gaming experience. And utilizing the improvements made by NProductions the game will be working flawlessly with most of the flaws and bugs fixed or minimized.

Story
The superpower in the world, United States of America is said to be the strongest military, with China right behind. To guarantee its supremacy, USA spend billions of dollars into research of new weapons and technologies, which gave USA the edge over their enemies, utilizing high-end weapons second to none such as laser weapons. Backed by UN, USA is conducting many peacekeeping operations across the world, with largest concentration in the Middle East, North Africa and Somalia. When the insurgency of GLA started spreading over the Central Asia, USA was tasked with just humanitarian support to the local, not engage the GLA directly.

However, when GLA launched from Baikonur an ICBM carrying bio-chemical warhead on Washington, USA joined China in the war against the terrorism to protect its interest in this part of the world (mostly oil fields and refineries), destroy the threat of world peace, and as a power struggle with China over global supremacy. The first major victory of US forces was in Baghdad followed by more, such as amphibious assault by Caspian Sea into Kazakhstan where US forces were defeated. The US forces led by General Ironside managed with assistance of PLA of China destroyed main GLA headquarters in Akmola, ending the war for brief time.

The peace didn't lasted for long, and among the GLA commanders emerged one that united all GLA forces, General Mohmar "Deathstrike", who orchestrated many attacks from North Africa to China against both US army and PLA. General Ironside was tasked again with dealing with the GLA, asking for assistance other specialized generals, bringing into fight the latest weapons in US arsenal. By Deathstrike's plans, the pirates in the Red Sea joined the GLA cause and started raiding US supply convoys sailing to Somalia and Iraq. To fight with this new threat, Ironside tasked Admiral Fox to take his fleet and fight with the GLA forces on the seas and shores of the Red Sea.
